We will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the fulfilment status. Once dispatched, we may be unable to stop the shipment. Your rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Delivery availability, charges and estimated timelines are communicated at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if you notice an address error or experience a delivery issue.

Delivery estimates do not remove any remedies available under applicable law for delayed or failed delivery.
