Return and Refund Policy
VYRA — Vitality Era, powered by Rakesh Distributor, does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal taste preferences, or incorrectly selected products, flavours or sizes when the correct product has been supplied.
Products Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, leaking or with a broken seal, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. An unboxing video can help our investigation if available, but is not mandatory.
Please retain the product and packaging while we review your claim. Do not consume a product that appears damaged or unsafe.
Incorrect, Defective or Expired Products
If you receive an incorrect, defective, expired or otherwise misdescribed product, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required under applicable law. Our change-of-mind restriction does not exclude these claims.
Returns and Replacements
Contact our support team before sending any product back. We will provide return or collection instructions where required.
For a verified transit-damage claim or an error on our part, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate and subject to your statutory rights. We will cover necessary return shipping for these accepted claims.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery purchases, we will arrange an appropriate electronic refund method with you.
We will confirm the refund amount and expected processing time when your claim is approved. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period and any timeframe required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including remedies for defective, spurious or misdescribed goods and qualifying delivery failures.
